Massive House Renovation Project in Queens Park, NW6

This tumbledown building was redesigned and renovated into a modest and spacious home. A new kitchen and loft were part of the addition along with bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and garden. The entire interior of the house was restructured to eliminate the outdated look. The team worked hard to create an original structure and a beautifully appointed building.

Kitchen Installation

New kitchen with granite counter tops were installed along with all new engineered flooring. The new kitchen was created on the back of the house to provide beautiful views of the majestic garden. Our philosophy is to create beauty and functionality in everything we do.

House Extension:

The garden was turned into a perfect heaven for entertaining, transforming the backyard into an inviting outdoor room. Comfy all-weather chair allows guests to lean back and relax.

Bathroom installation:

A new bathroom was installed into a room not previously used as one. This required us to think about factors that could affect the house like new plumbing to connect the water supply and waste pipes. Entire Houze can transform any unused space in your home such us a storage room into a beautiful and valuable en-suite bathroom and shower.

First floor:

A loft conversion was an ideal solution to unlock the unused space in the house. The “before” picture shows still unfinished ceiling thanks to which the base for the loft was created. The chimney on the right side was demolished with special care as the job is not as easy as it can seem. It needs floor preparation, electricity checks, spotless measurements and much more. However, once the work is done householders can enjoy much bigger space and locate some new furniture. Furthermore, be careful when knocking down walls inside your house, otherwise you could cause the ceiling and roof to collapse.

Home Exterior:

First impression of the house can make or break a deal so it is crucial to get it right. The outside of the house was very dark and gloomy so we had to bring some sunshine into the property. That’s why we painted the walls in fashionable shades of white. With the new fence, windows and glittery roof the house looks definitely more appealing.
